Toddlers
Wanderers and Ramblers
12 - 24 months
“Curious minds, little hands, big discoveries.”
Our toddler program supports curious little explorers who are learning to move, communicate, and connect with others. This classroom introduces a more structured schedule that includes circle time, learning centers, story time, and an afternoon nap, all tailored to their age and energy level.

“A toddler’s curiosity can turn a wander into a wonderful exploration.”
Through hands-on play, music, outdoor adventures, and guided routines, toddlers develop early social, language, and self-help skills while building confidence in their growing independence.
Growing Independence and Confidence
The toddler stage is an exciting time filled with movement, curiosity, and exploration! At First Adventures Academy, we provide a balance of nurturing care and age-appropriate structure to help toddlers feel secure while discovering their independence.
Our toddler teachers understand that this is a time of tremendous growth — emotionally, socially, and physically. Through patience, guidance, and consistency, we help little ones begin to understand routines, relationships, and boundaries in a warm, supportive way.

Learning Through Play
Toddlers learn best through doing. Whether it’s stacking blocks, splashing in water play, or dancing to music, every experience supports early development. Teachers guide play intentionally to help build fine and gross motor skills, expand vocabulary, and nurture emotional awareness.
Daily routines also teach self-help skills like washing hands, cleaning up toys, and making choices — helping toddlers feel capable and proud of themselves.
